At the close of an election, each elected candidate receives a Certificate of Election. It records the office, the winner and the votes of record, and carries the same seals as the count: a results hash, a configuration seal and a voter-roll seal. Every certificate has a public verification page, reached by the code printed on it, that recomputes the result live, with a PDF you can keep.
