Is CharterVote really free?
Yes! CharterVote is completely free for all organizations. There are no hidden fees, premium tiers, or usage limits.
How do voters receive their tokens?
After an administrator approves a voter's registration, they automatically receive their unique voting token via email.
Can votes be traced back to voters?
No. Our system is designed to completely separate voter identity from vote content. Once cast, votes cannot be traced.
How do I create a team?
Click "Create Your Team" and follow the registration process. You can then invite other administrators and start creating elections.
Can I run multiple elections?
Absolutely! Each team can run unlimited elections, each with its own settings, candidates, and voter registrations.
What if a voter loses their token?
Administrators can resend tokens to approved voters from the election management dashboard.
